Highlights
1. Suitable for liquids of different viscosity, from 0-100,000cps.
Capable of filling low viscosity liquids such as glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, also high viscosity, such as lotion and face cream. In addition to personal care industry, it also can be applied to food industry, thin chilli sauce like products with particulate (chilli seeds) up to 6mm, thick ketchup and mayonnaise like products and chutneys with up to 10mm.
2. High filling accuracy
Filling piston-volume metering method is adopted. The servo motor controls the filling head and adopts multi-stage dived filling, which is suitable for products that are easy to foam during filling.
3. Too-free changeover
The filling parameters of each filling nozzle can be set or modified on the touch screen, or directly call the stored parameters of different products for changeover, and the PLC has the function of batch modification and storage. The changeover parts include guardrail, filling nozzle spacing adjustment, bottle feeding sensor adjustment, and stopper position adjustment etc.
4. Electric cabinet design based on IEC standard
The system has rich interfaces. In addition to the commonly used serial communication interfaces, there are also reserved industrial Ethernet interfaces and memory card interfaces. It can easily access the customer's management network and record and save production data.
5. Stylish design
The overall frame of SFL filling machine is made of SUS304, with high-transparency plexiglass. The parts in contact with materials such as the storage tank and filling nozzle are made of stainless steel 316L.
