Huituo flowmeter filling machine adopts Faraday's principle of electromagnetic induction law, which is suitable for filling materials with different viscosities from water to paste. It can also be used in two-stage filling system according to production needs, and has been widely used in food, medicine, and many other industries, the equipment has a wide range of adaptability, featuring stable and reliable performance, high filling accuracy, convenient adjustment and so on.
Storage tank and filling nozzle
The tank and filling nozzle which contact liquid material are made of stainless steel 316, the outer frame and the bottom surface are made of stainless steel 304 material.
The servo motor pushes the piston cylinder, the PLC computer precisely sets the filling volume of each filling nozzle, and the high-performance three-way anti-drip vacuum filling valve is adopted;
CIP automatic cleaning, placing the receiving trough on the conveyor belt, connecting the trough to the discharge pipe, and discharging the sewage through the discharge pipe.
Cylindrical SUS 316L stainless steel sealed pressurized storage tank, equipped with a cleaning ball inside, can be cleaned 360 degrees without dead angle.
The liquid level of the liquid storage tank adopts probe type/guided wave radar (selected according to customer's material characteristics) to continuously and automatically feed in the set liquid level section; the liquid storage tank is additionally set with high and low level alarm and interlocking device to prevent overflow, and can be linked with the material transfer pump, the pump starts automatically when the liquid level is low, and the pump stops automatically when the liquid level is high.
Main features
1. Adopting the principle of electromagnetic flowmeter filling, the touch screen intelligently adjusts the capacity (the touch screen intelligently adjusts the capacity, the operation is convenient, the precision is high, and the production memory function is provided).
2. Equipped with photoelectric switch to sense bottle in and out, can automatically identify the position of the bottle mouth. It will automatically stop and alarm when meeting crooked bottle and spilled bottle. It will not fill without bottle. It can identify such situations as liquid level abnormal, misuse and automatically stop and alarm.
3. 16 groups of anti-drip servo tracking filling heads (tracking filling, bottle type does not need to stay during the conveying process, the filling head system follows the bottle type for tracking filling to increase productivity).
4. Equipped with the bottle conveying barrier to ensure the same distance between the bottle and the bottle. The conveyor chain plate is a “double-transfer chain” to meet the filling work of various bottle types.
5. Each valve body connection adopts a quick interface (easy to disassemble and assemble, no special tools are required).
6.The operation interface can realize the functions of “automatic cycle cleaning, automatic fault inquiry, and real-time fault display”.
7. The filling equipment can adjust the filling amount under the condition that the equipment is running (non-stop state), so that the production efficiency of the whole line is not affected.
8. All safety protection door panels choose SUS 304 material frame.
9. The system has a rich interface. In addition to the commonly used serial communication interface, an industrial Ethernet interface and a memory card interface are reserved, which can be easily connected to the customer's management network and can record and save production data.
