SFL-6 is mainly composed of control system, conveying device, photoelectric detection, feeding device, storage tank, liquid level control device, filling device, diving device, bottle holding device, bottle blocking device, etc.
The SFL series piston filling machine can be used for filling various non-gas liquids and viscous liquids. A series of operations such as counting into bottles, filling, and conveying out bottles are completed automatically. It can be widely used in different industries such as daily chemical, food, medicine etc. It can be matched with capping machine and labeling machine to form a production line.
SFL-6 adopts PLC, HMI, servo control system, low voltage components for control, easy and stable operation, high production efficiency etc. Adjust the filling volume via the touch screen, and the adjustment is convenient and accurate, featuring sensor counting, PLC control, no bottle no filling.
The storage tank is composed of two spray balls to achieve no dead-angle cleaning. The liquid level uses an ultrasonic liquid level sensor for continuous monitoring, and a pneumatic drain valve is used for tailings emptying, and cleaning water draining.

The filling cleaning head is located on the back side of the conveyor and the front side of the servo stopper. When performing CIP, remove the leaking liquid container under the filling nozzle first. The leaking liquid container is fixed with a quick release pin, which can be removed by removing the quick release pin. After removing the leaking liquid container, adjust the filling head to move the adjusting handle, and adjust the filling nozzle to the cleaning port position.
The servo stopper is mainly used to flexibly convey the bottle into the machine. Before the empty bottle enters the filling station, the servo stopper flexibly transports the empty bottle to the filling station. Through servo control, the entire process of empty bottle acceleration, deceleration, and stop operation can be achieved, avoiding the phenomenon that the empty bottle running speed decreases from high speed directly to zero during the filling process.
The change-over adjustment parts include guardrail, filling nozzle spacing adjustment, bottle-in photoelectric adjustment, stop position adjustment, etc. Please check the changeover video for the specific adjustment positions.
Here are examples of commonly occurring faults and troubleshooting methods.
1) Inaccurate bottle-in count
Check the sensor position, whether it is adjusted to the position according to the changeover video.
2) Inaccurate filling accuracy
Check the parameter settings, such as whether the filling volume setting is correct, filling valve opening delay (1000ms), valve closing delay (800ms)
3) Unstable filling volume of single head
Check whether there is any problem with the setting parameters, if there is no problem, check whether the electric cylinder synchronous wheel set is loose.
