SRU-6 capping machine sends the bottles to the screw rod by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the bottle-in star wheel which is designed based on the bottle shape, and the cap is sorted out to the cap feeding channel in an orderly manner, and then transports them to the capping station. The bottle is held tightly by the bottle holding cylinder to screw the cap. The tightened bottles will be sent out by the bottle-out star-wheel. This is the entire process of capping.
The capping head rubber strip is made of wear-resistant material, which can effectively prevent the cap from being damaged during the capping process. The whole set of head adopts modular design. When changing different specifications, the whole set is quickly converted into production, which is convenient, simple and fast.
Servo capping, precise and adjustable torque
Each capping head is flexibly controlled by its own independent servo motor. In the closed-loop control mode, the capping torque is precisely controlled, and the torque value can be set or stored on the touch screen. Precise position control can control the start position, end position and angle of rotation of the capping head. The starting torque is large and stable, and is not affected by the running speed of the main machine and the rotating speed of the capping head. The servo motor controls the capping head to rotate forward and reverse, which can better ensure there is no damage to the products. The torque is adjustable, the screw cap torque is displayed on the touch screen in real time and the actual torque is recorded.
The screw separates the bottle and is installed the bottle entering detection, achieving no bottle and no cap. When the bottle is clogged, the machine automatically stops and alarms.
For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring.
A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no cap or higher cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
It is to arrange the disorderly large round cap regularly. The speed of the unscrambler is automatically adjusted according to the elevator. The sorter is automatically controlled by the capping machine interface, without manual adjustment.
