Servo capping machine
Huituo rotary capping machine is composed of several main parts, including bottle feeder + automatic cap elevator and unscrambler + inlet and outlet bottle template + cap-pressing mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.
Working principle: the bottle is brought into the screw transmission device by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the screwing device according to the imitation template, and the bottle is stuck by the bottle star wheel and the bottle stopper plate. After the cap is straightened out from the sorter, the cap is sent to the gripping area by the capping device, and is rotated to the corresponding position of the bottle, then it is capped. The cap is sent out through the conveyor belt after it is pressed.
